How Can We Help?
About the DC CommunityAbout the DC Community
Over 650 institutions worldwide choose Digital Commons to showcase their scholarship, store their archives, and expand their reach. Our global community includes Colleges & Universities, Medical Centers, State Archives, Law Schools, and Associations.
Digital Commons IRs have six different structure types, plus access to Digital Commons Exhibits, enabling customers to find the right fit for each kind of content.
Not sure which structure type to choose? Want to modify a structure's metadata fields? Curious about how embargoes and access control work? A faculty member wants to launch a new journal, and they'd like to enable peer review?
We can help.
We are immensely proud of our support model. Each Digital Commons customer gets a dedicated consultant available to answer whatever questions come up! Plus each consultant is backed by a team who are available to step in when your immediate contact is unavailable. Beyond your consultant and their team, we also have Digital Commons Feature Expert groups who help share knowledge and best practices between teams. And we have webinars and resource guides available for further learning.
Our customers connect with one another through our Google Group and our Digital Commons Conference and Course, which was most recently held in Miami, Florida in October of 2023.
Whether you are a current Digital Commons customer or are considering becoming part of our community, we look forward to hearing from you soon.
