After you import items to an exhibit or create and populate a section within an exhibit, you can customize the order in which the items display on the exhibit or section page.

First navigate to the exhibit contents page: select Pages in the sidebar, and then select the exhibit title.

On the exhibit contents page, select the three-dot Actions menu to expand it, then select Sort menu order.

A Sort column will appear to the left of exhibit items in the list. Drag the six-dot handles to move items into preferred order. A confirmation message appears briefly each time an item is moved successfully.

Select the Sort column heading to hide the sorting functionality when you're done.

To order items within a section, select the arrow to the right of the section's row in the exhibit contents list. 

On the section contents page, follow the same steps as above: select the three-dot Actions menu, then select Sort menu order to enable drag-and-drop ordering of the section's items. When you're done, select the Sort column heading to hide the sorting functionality.
