In Consulting Services it's important to us to remain easily accessible to you whenever you are using Digital Commons.
 

At the end of November 2023, we are upgrading some of the tools that we use to communicate with you, and best of all, there is nothing that you need to do to prepare! This is merely a preview, and we will post an update once the changes are complete.

 

None of the changes will impact the functioning of Digital Commons or your access to it.
 

NEW: Digital Commons Help Center
Our bepress.com site is due for a makeover. Later this month, our Digital Commons Reference materials will move to a new platform with an updated design. It will remain open access of course, and any Reference Materials that you bookmarked will redirect automatically. The site will include materials for all DC modules and EGS.
 

NEW: Consulting Services Email Addresses
As part of the platform change, we will also update our email addresses at the end of the month. Please make a note of our future addresses:
 

For Digital Commons queries: dc-support@elsevier.com

For Expert Gallery Suite queries: sw-support@elsevier.com
For Digital Commons Publishing Services queries: publishing.services@elsevier.com
 

Once the new addresses are fully operational, any mail to our current addresses will forward to our new addresses as an extra safeguard. You can also continue to reach our team by phone at (510) 665-1200, option 2, or call most consultants directly.
 

NEW: Digital Commons Client Community
Based on community interest, we will also provide a new password-protected portal where you may submit queries via a form and be able to browse your current and past correspondence with us. The tools will be optional to use: you remain welcome to contact us via email and phone as usual.
